If you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 14 days in original packaging in brand new and resalable condition. You will be required to contact us for a return authorization form before sending anything back to us.

All returns must include original box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if the goods are not in its original condition.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

1.  International Buyers – Please Note：

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item  price   or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s  responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to  determine what these additional costs will be prior to  bidding/buying.
• We usually declared our products as a gift and lower the  value.

2. We ship item to Worldwide, Shipping  by registered airmail 

 

3. We will ship items to your PayPal address only. Please make  sure your PayPal address is correct before you pay.

•  Central and South America (30 - 50 business  days) 

Delivery time not include custom check time. If checked it will be delayed. Some countries check often, such as Italy, Portugal, Germany, Brasil, usually big package.  

5.  Seller reserves the rights not to ship to the unconfirmed  address at any cases which is stated by Paypal. Payment  will be refunded (Paypal payment) for unacceptable orders 

6.  If you DO agree with our shipping policy, please DO bid  or purchase, thank you for your understanding!

7. If buyer refuses to receive the items  due to Duty or Import Tax reasons, the items will return to us.  In this condition, the postage and packaging fee will NOT be  refunded and 25% restocking fee will apply. 

8. Item will be shipped out within 72 hours (From Monday to  Friday) or the next business days (on the weekend) after payment  received and cleared.
